Delete your account and data

You only have an account if you signed in for Premium. Listening without signing in stores nothing with us, so there is nothing to delete.

In the app

Fastest: your data is deleted straight away.

  1. Open Learnstowin Radio and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Cloud Sync.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your Google account.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, or don't have the app.

  1. Email nidheeshg@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with.
  2. Use the subject Delete my Learnstowin Radio account.
  3. We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
Email a deletion request

Deleting your account does not cancel your Premium subscription. Cancel it first in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so that you aren't charged again.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in account: name, email address, profile photo and account ID
  • Your synced settings: radio languages, theme, app language and playback settings
  • Your synced favorite stations
  • Your synced radio alarms
  • Your subscription status record

What we may keep

A minimal record of purchases (such as order details and dates) where the law requires it, for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons, and only for as long as the law requires.

Data on your phone

Favorites, recently played stations, radio alarms and settings stored on your device are not in your account. Remove them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
